Good hotel but not sure if value for money

The hotel is very close to cable cars and other amenities. The spa is very nice but too expensive. (€30 per person for 1.5 hours).

The hotel staff struggle to deal with the peak season.

Special ski hotel

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, the food was excellent and the staff were amazing.. We enjoyed using the pool/spa area. The location close to the ski slopes was great

Very Good

The rooms are comfortable but the heating didn’t work at first and the toilet kept running water. Said they fixed it but kept happening. It was my husbands birthday and the website said they up grade for this reason but they wouldn’t do it. There was also a charge to use the pool because we weren’t in an upgraded room! Very frustrating especially as they weren’t at all full.

The food was delicious, location just perfect, parking in the hotel, activities for kids

The swimming pool which is on the pictures is for additional fee and not allowed for kids under 12. I its is more like for relax not for swimming.

Hotel is nice with great location. Staff is in general helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is very good

Price is as in many hotels in Sierra Nevada, to high for what you get. But i guess supply is lower than the amount of guests. No bathrobes in the room. A hotel in this price range that also have SPA/pool should supply this. Water in pools are way to cold. Specially in the hot tubs (that are absolutely not hot). Sneaky extra charge for slippers and cap in SPA.

Great location. Nice rooms. Not great sleep. Very poor pool / spa setup.

Rooms were comfortable. Location good. Buffet / restaurant good.

The rooms were comfortable, although the showers in the bathroom's a little weak / underpowered. Our rooms overlooked the street which was very noisy until late (12pm) and sometimes in the early hours with refuse trucks cleaning the road twice. When we asked for alternative rooms, we were offered much smaller ones. Also it wasn't clear when we booked that there are two pools. A very large Spa pool area, minimum age 12 years old, but which you need to pay 30 euros each per day to use, and was rarely busy. And then a much smaller pool, always busy, for anyone 12 or under, which is free.

A great few days, in a friendly resort

The resort was compact with decent restaurants. It was easy to access the lifts, and except on the first day, the lines were not too bad.

As I said, the wet snow and the terrible evening buffet on day 1 at the Melia which was poor quality and expensive. The food that the mountain top restaurants was appalling and slow to be delivered.

Had a lovely time with family but hotel stay could of been improved.

Good having a spacious family room. Room cleaning was very good and done daily. Breakfast had a good selection and didn’t have to wait for a table.

Didn’t like having to pay to use the pool. Keycards kept malfunctioning all the time. Some bar staff were a bit rude and grumpy. Ridiculous price for car parking as a guest.

As expected

Well located, we a great spa and indoor pools for relaxing after skiing. Breakfast is great and super fast to accommodate guests. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Using the pools is a bit pricey and feels a lot like crowed resorts. You need to book your time in advance.
